About 9 years ago, I was living the normal American Dream of working all time time at a job I hated, eating fast food every day, not working out, going out on the weekend and drinking…a lot, drinking sodas, mainly Dr. Peppers (oh how I miss my Dr. Peppers!) and then one day, I had my first panic attack and dealt with and still deal with anxiety. This is what started my journey into health and fitness. I know it was time to change my lifestyle choices and begin being conscious of what I was putting into my body.
WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
There are a lot of people out there like me who think everything is ok and still eating and drinking like they are still in College. I would love to help someone change their lifestyle habits before a negative event happens or really just to keep someone as healthy as possible. I have learned that when I eat healthy, think positive, and workout regularly that I feel so much better.
Along my health and fitness journey, I have learned a lot and wanted to share my personal reviews on regarding health and fitness, nutrition, favorite supplements, product reviews, and recipes. Really, pretty much anything that I think would be beneficial in sharing.
THE GOAL OF YOUR SITE
The main goal of the website is to help myself and others achieve their goals and find their passion in life. If one article that I write is able to help at least one person cure their anxiety, change their poor eating habits, help someone lose weight, motivate someone to achieve their goals, help someone in anyway…then I will feel this website has achieved its goal. Of course, I would much rather help out hundreds or thousands of people, but in reality, every person counts and would still make an impact on my life.
